No feature matches that search. Ask us, we probably build it.
And the marketing to fill the pipeline.
Live in 21 working days.
A fixed plan you can hold us to: what happens on which working day, from the first walk-through to the day your team goes live.
We sit with sales, HR, finance and delivery, map how work moves today and agree what goes live first.
Pinch CRM, GetItDone and JamboHR set up for you, and custom modules built and shown to you every few days.
Clients, staff records, leave balances, open projects and contracts imported and checked with you.
Teams trained by department. The first payroll runs alongside your old one, and we stay close after.
Before you ask.
What is Pinch for Companies?
A company management system built by Pinch Africa for Kenyan companies: CRM, proposals, contracts, projects, timesheets, invoicing, expenses, HR, leave, payroll and documents in one workspace.
How long does it take to get our company live?
21 working days, from the first walk-through to go-live. Days 1 to 3 we map how you work, days 4 to 15 we build and you test, days 16 to 18 we move your data, and days 19 to 21 we train your team and switch on.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. Most companies start with CRM or HR and payroll, then add projects, approvals and the client portal. Each module works on its own and they all share the same data.
Does payroll handle Kenyan statutory deductions?
Yes. PAYE, SHA, NSSF and the Housing Levy are calculated each month, payslips go to staff phones, and you get the figures for your iTax returns. We update the rates when the law changes.
Can staff sign in with Google or Microsoft?
Yes. We connect sign-in to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, so staff use the accounts they already have and lose access the day their account is closed.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Yes. M-Pesa, your bank, KRA eTIMS, email and calendars, plus exports for QuickBooks, Zoho Books or Sage if your accountant prefers them.
What does it cost?
It depends on the modules and the number of users. After a free scoping call you get a fixed-scope proposal in writing, so you know the price before we start.
Let's map your company.
A free scoping call, then a fixed-scope proposal in writing.
